The trick is to be more specific in your page references. In the Pages box you would normally place 4-5 to indicate you wanted to print pages 4 and 5. You want to pay particular attention to Pages box. I have adjusted all of the margins in Word to "0" and i have also adjusted the print margins to "0" but it still cuts it off in print preview and when i print.
